Comic 831 -- These Are Not Better Circumstances

 Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome our newest cast member...

It's Bertrand Brouchard. He's the twin brother of Bella, co-architect of the entire Harp Scheme, and the first traveler. Also, he isn't decapitated, which gives him a bit of an edge over his twin right now.
